With these options, Sales Representatives and Brokers are able to tailor their business accordingly to benefit their needs. Whether you are a seasoned vet or fresh from OREA, you choose the package best suitable to you!


Split Plan A: 100% / 0%

Transaction Fees: $300 per transaction + all Applicable Taxes

Association Fee: $100 + all Applicable Taxes/Month

Split Plan B: 90% / 10%

Transaction Fees: None

Association Fee: None

Split Plan C: 100% / 0%

Transaction Fees: $300 per transaction + all Applicable Taxes; ($400k or less)

Transaction Fees: $500 per transaction + all Applicable Taxes; (More than: $400k)
